With that out of the way, let’s look at the benefits of these natural hair care products:
1️⃣Hair conditioner : Try this and tell me how it is! This one leaves the hair silky smooth! It’s great to bring in a natural shine and volume into your hair.
2️⃣Hair Mask : Fenugreek is great to fight dandruff and for hair growth
3️⃣Hair oil : Onion helps combat hairfall and strengthens the hair!
Instructions :
🙆🏻‍♀️Hair conditioner: 3tbsp flax seeds, 1 cup water, boil it just enough to make it into a honey-like consistency. Once cooled, squeeze the gel. You can leave it in for 30 mins and wash off without shampoo.
🙆🏻‍♀️Hair Mask : 1/4 cup fenugreek soaked overnight, few cubes of aloe gel & milk (enough to make the paste smooth).
Apply it and wash off after 30 mins, with a mild shampoo.
🙆🏻‍♀️Hair Oil : Take equal parts of oil and onion, 1 tsp fenugreek and curry leaves. Bring to a boil on low flame until everything is golden brown. Once cooled, strain it and and apply.

I make emulsion, basically hand stir aloe gel and coconut oil , it becomes like a cream if you mix it continuous for few minutes. I add castor oil. And my hair are still falling but less in number and they are smooth, even after not washing for 6 days. This is from frizzy girl. Also I use wish-care aloe gel, it’s costly. Haven’t used the aloe from the garden, I think it will do well too.

@@HereToAnalyse Hi i use shikakai,reeta, amla, flaxseed and Fenugreek seeds mixed make powder or( boiled it make water it's optional) unsalted boiled rice water and mix the powder with the rice water , rosemary essential oil 5 drops and wash 2nd gram flour , rice flour mix with little bit of curd and coffee wash it's works wonders my MOM always do this 👍👌

I use mehendi hair mask for my hair. After cleaning with shampoo I don't use conditioner because it works like a conditioner . And after that it is easy to detangle my hair. Also helpful for hair growth. Products for hair mask - Mehendi or henna powder - Plant alovera gel - Amla , reetha and shikakai powder - Neem powder - Fenugreek powder - Coconut oil 1 to 3 tablespoons - Hibiscus flower and lastly lemon juice 1 tablespoon. Use it twice in a week and keep it for 30 mins or 1hr and wash it with shampoo

Please note. Everyone has different skin and hair so what works for her may not work for you. My personal experience: everytime I use something natural for hair as shampoo my hair fall increase. And absolutely nothing worked for me. And tried using Aloevera for smoothness but bo luck. Finally seeing my dermatology and he gave a tablets for hemoglobin and iodine hair fall is still same but quality of hair is improving little bit.

It’s science. Have you heard of Sun Protection Factor? Sunscreen needs an SPF 30+ AT LEAST to do an adequate job of protecting skin. And don’t think that coconut oil or sesame oil function as natural sunscreen. They do not contain any type of UV filters. Furthermore it’s idiotic to slather on OIL before stepping into the SUN. Its a surefire way to burn your skin. You’ll get fried! It should be common sense to not apply oil before going into the Sun oil+ heat = fried skin. Natural ingredients aren’t the answer to everything. We need scientific research backed products formulated with the right skincare/haircare actives.

These influencers only fool people, i have applied this oil on my scalp(boil oiled), mow i have 25 to 30 grey hair, i live in north india, while i was applying this, my mom was telling me dont do it, you will get white hair, she said it multiple time, she also told me, that in.. up mothers massage their child with heated oil with ajawain in it in winter but never out that oil on hairs, i didnt listen to her.
