Incredibly informative however the hair consultation I had today I wasn’t asked any questions about what my hair goal is or how much time I devote to my hair not even the type of my hair. So my question is , should I go to another salon ?

How do you ask what haircut they want?

I would go through the consultation process and craft up some suggestions for them. You are the hair artist 😉. Communicate through pictures to prevent miscommunication. You can ask them to show you pictures of what they are thinking of as well but don't just give them what they want without the consultation. Sometimes clients don't realize their picture will be the end result of something they said they didn't want.

@@nvennhairbeauty Sometimes customers are in rush specially mens 😉 so I usually end up asking "how would you like your hair cut today?" Is that a good question?
