Hair Growth Cycles and Electrolysis- your electrolysis goddess explains the process!

In this video, I, your ‪@ElectroYogi‬ goddess, explain the process of how our hair grows in cycles at different times and different rates all over the body. I help people distinguish between the life stage of a hair itself, and an entire hair growth cycle (which can consist of many hairs in various stages of their lives.) It's often very confusing to understand why it seems like so many hairs are growing on our bodies (especially the face), and why it takes so long to become permanently hair free. I help break all that down, and hopefully provide a deep understanding of the complexity of our hair, why patience is the key, and why and when you can and will become free from unwanted hair forever with electrolysis if you follow my tips!

Hi Nicole! Thank you for you informative videos! I am thinking about permanently removing my hair on my back. Should I go straight for electrolysis, or should I do laser hair removal first? Do you think you could make a video about back hair removal?

I can totally do a video about hair on the back. If you have a good amount of hair, AND it is dark, and your skin is not tan to dark, then yes, I would recommend lasering 6-8 sessions first. Then finish the job with electro, because there will be regrowth with laser, but it can permanently reduce some of it, especially if you meet the conditions above, and in that area. good luck to you!
