Necessary ingredients: Mu leaf, cooked cobs, drained rice, minced meat, onion, pomegranate paste, boiled vegetables, salt and pepper, turmeric, bulb beer, juice and vinegar for seasoning.
We chop the onion, fry it in a pan, when it becomes light, add the minced meat, fry it a little, then add the dolma vegetables, then add cobs, rice, spices and pomegranate paste in order.
We take it from the leaves and put the ingredients inside the leaves and wrap it and put it in the pot. When we have wrapped all the scallops, we cover the scallops with a leaf and put a plate on them so that they do not go away during cooking.
We mix half a glass of water with grape juice, vinegar and olive oil and pour it on the slices and cook for 30 minutes.
