I've a two month old kitten. She is been abandoned by her mother when she was just a week. She suffered from flea allergy. Fleas are treated but now she lost her hair. She is completely bald. Can you please suggest me some ways to regrow her hair. It would be of great help.

Thanks , to me months to work out why my cat was losing hair in patches , tried everything vet told me but nothing worked , that was till I stopped all Purina brand food , and now it's slowly growing back , so relieved

oo...damn it..that probably is the reason my cat is losing hair...thank you!! do you think its chicken related? my dog cannot eat any chicken based dry food..would be super itchy and hot spot everywhere...

Has anyone seen a cat with balding near the base of their tail? It is only maybe a 2 inch patch. He is indoor only. He eats dry Fussie cat cat food and has the same flavor each time so I don't know if it would be a food allergy. Was thinking of introducing wet food? He should not be stressed..i don't have any kids..so i don't know of any other ideas to why he is losing hair there. Any suggestions would be appreciated

great information, thank you, only one cat hopefully out of two cats, 6 months apart in age. The one year old he is starting to lose hair on the back of his legs increasingly....😳 ..... I will talk to my vet see if we can check for any mites I will be changing his diet. Went through a course of antibiotics for some fluid in his lungs but he had a spot previous to antibiotics.

My 21 year old cat was ok until he was injured and had an internal abscess at his front shoulder . He had surgery , that is healing well . But. He has developed a large area of skin and fur pealing off on his back hind- quarter 👉like when we peal after sunburn . I thought it might have been like bedsaws people can get from laying in one position fro along time . There are no indication’s of injuries only the pealing skin and fur . Any thoughts in what it might be ?

I will assume it is related to diet. My cat is losing hair since we had Locust swarming the city and my cats were catching them .

My one guy here had lost fur on hid legs. Don't see any grooming issues. Food has been the same for years. Got 3 other kitties which he doesn't totally get along with. stress??

So I have only one cat, weve changed her diet multiple times, tried to eliminate all stress, did everything we can find online. Shes an inside cat only and she keeps losing hair on her bum right above the tail on both her sides and in those areas she has what feels like acne or scabs on her but and today I found some scabs under her chin. We think she is about 5 years old but we dont know for sure idk if that helps or not but we really donr know what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

Back in the day cats NEVER did this. GMO Wheat is probably the reason. They have to find ways to get rid of the crappy wheat Without putting it in Human food.

Cats will lose whiskers like normal hair so if it isn't obvious which cat it is, chances are there isn't a problem. Just keep an eye on them over then next few weeks/months

The only problem I have with all of the testing required - is the insane expense . I have used up $2100 dollars I was saving , to get dental work = filling’s for myself . On my old cat ….now his injury is healing …and this skin fur problem has happened. I have no more money - and I am 100% certain many people are facing the same problems . I feel trapped - life suck’s. Sorry but depression is just another thing bi can’t afford to get treatment for . Life sucks
