My hair started to thin out when I was about 18yo, very young for a girl. Because of that, doctors wouldn't usually close a diagnosis for me; they'd dismiss it as "stress, lack of vitamins etc" even if I would tell them I couldn't perceive any sheddings, my hair was just getting thinner with time. Most just don't listen, they made me waste more than a decade without proper treatment and I've lost a lot of ground, which makes me really sad and angry. It's quite common to hear "you gotta catch it early" but if they won't be able to diagnose it early, what's the point? Now I'm trying finasteride (1mg) and minoxidil 5% to see if I'm one of the lucky women who respond well to it. Even though most research is focused on men, your channel is of great help. Thanks

Minoxidil will not prevent genetics from taking its toll. Only a DHT blocker can do that

Dr. bhatti Sir I'm Suffering from Diffuse Unpatterend Alopecia and with thinning receding hairline And I'm using Finax 1 mg tablet per day and 5% Minioxdil with 1% finastride in it from 8 months no result has been found hair is still too thin with receding with DUPA is there any thing can you suggest?
