Janvi this depends on what your plan is, minimum amount depends if you have your own shop or will you rent it, then also what is the advance rent and security deposit to get the shop. Generally a good 1 seat set up can start from 2 lac indian rupees in india but you might need to have additional things or you can also add things as you grow from sales.

Hi Monu Kumar, your confusion is true because you are confused between partnership and sole proprietor with a worker being a partner. Deakho bhai, sahi tariqa ye hai k aap investment kr rahay ho to apka zada share hona chahiye ku k apkay paise lagay hain initially. Lakin agar apko lagta hai k us banday ka hona bht zaruri hai or us k baghair apka kaam nahi chal sakta phir to ap aisi offer kar saktay ho. I think there should be some percentage of income that goes to initial investment. Lets say 20% for initial investment and then 40% / 40% each. Is hisaab se 60/40 banta hai. But as I said, you can do as you feel is right for you.
