I washed my hair and then used my normal conditioner to detangle with a wide toothed comb. There were so few strands in the comb that i could literally count them. PLS PLS PLS if you think excessive hair loss on wash day is normal, its not and it can be prevented. thanks girl.

I have watched several of your videos over the last 2 weeks because I am a menopausal woman that has a hyperthyroid both of which causes my hair to literally snap to the touch and thin. When I shampoo, I loose lots of hair. If you put it in a cup it would equal 1/4 cup. I've stopped using Eco Gel and pony tails and started to apply the fennagreek/henna oil recipe. Surprisingly, with 2 applications the breaking has stopped. I only have natural shedding after not combing your hair for a day. I keep my hands out of my hair by wearing 2 braids to the back and oil my hair every other day. If your concoction can grow my hair, you'll hear me shout all the way in the UK! I'll try to incorporate a henna mask and rinse next week. I found a bald spot and was beside myself! I sure hope all of this works as it's not cheap to purchase. If I put a little bit of of amla it smells normal. Made curly's tea spray as a refresher. Hair feels like silk with max shine. Thanks, curly. Easy way too steam your hair without full hood affect. Run your dishwasher, u load it right after the dryer cycle. When you open it full blast of steam and a lot of it. 2nd, boil water and when your tea kettle starts to whistle remove from stove and hold the steam on any part of your hair that's particularly dry. @ lunne I just trimmed my ends last week, when your ends feels rough to touch its that time.I section my hair and did what naturals call dusting because our goal is to retain length. Good luck! PS each section may not need dusting.

I just started putting tea in my black soap shampoo I made. It might work out the same. I'll give it a few months and see. N maybe try plain tea rinse every 2 weeks. Trial n error when left in the wind🤷🏾♀️. But they're all natural.
