doesn't match her natural at all, she will have roots again and the bleached will turn yellow

She already explained that she can't match her natural pattern until she has had two appointments to lift out the color from the ends. Then she will be able to match the salt and pepper pattern better. Grey blending is a process and not a one appointment thing
