The less you disturb the graphs, the better. Twice a day would be kind of excessive.

I've heard them say use the spray until you run out, but for a smaller job, if you have a larger bottle, it winds up being a lot of spray. I am on day 3, and I still have a lot of spray left. I've been doing it every hour
