Sir, why don't you use advance graft harvesting machines like Neograft and Trivellini machines? Whay did you choose conventional micro moter

Never a pen since it gives a concertina crushing effect due to plunger. We use the implanter device.

Hello Doctor, Great video to understand whole procedure. Q1: How do you prevent damaging current hair root while cutting by blade before transplant? Q2: how you are counting cuts vs no. of grafts you pulled out? Is there counter in the blade or you count by yourself manually? Results looks amazing. Also wanted to know how is donor area after 8 months. There is short clip at the end though. Thank you for showing it.

Thanks you for the kind appreciation. Maginification will prevent damage of native hairs during slit making and even during harvesting in the donor. The counting has to be manual. I do this myself for number of slits.

Likely that he has a strong family history Most likely he will reach the final stage faster unless medical intervention is done. And this could be by 25 years age. And then he will not bald any further!

Lower is 25. No upper limit if in good health and healthy donor supply is available.

As u have advised him to take finasteride for years to maintain the results there will come a time when the body starts to develop tolerance from it even if someone takes quaterly break then what would u suggest other than recommending dutasteride or uping the dosage of propecia to maintain these good looking result?? What strategy then one should follow Kindly clear my doubt doc.... Thank you!!!

If it follows inspite of the medication taken regularly, I will try with additional once a week Dutasteride. If that is also not sufficient, he can go for another procedure since his donor hair has not been overharvested.

mr bhatti, i am a 24 year old man with severe baldness, i research this topic relentlessly and concluded that DHT is not the root cause of hair loss since if that were the case, men would gain hair as they age, i think in my case insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome have calcified my scalp leading to scalp hypoxia which is proven by balding men having lower oxygen levels on the galea region of the scalp do you recommend nutritional supplements to reverse this ?
