Finesteride is one of those drugs that might be worth taking if the side effects weren't what they are. But yes I hear you, with finesteride it can effect penis size and function and absolutely the reports are that some of those issues are permanent. A good hair transplant should more than sort that out especially as great one in Turkey could cost you only around £3000. Cheap at twice the price and 100x more effective than the possible effects of finesteride. I wish your husband all the best and a recovery from such a horrible issue x
