I went to a new hairdresser Friday and showed her your video. Told her this was the style I wanted. I also told her as long as I was getting a new style I would like to have a face like yours. Before we were done talking about it everyone in the salon agreed. One lady said she would like to have a personality like yours. We all agreed. Needless to say we all left the salon fans of yours. Thank you so much for sharing your talent and your sweet spirit. God Bless you and keep those videos coming. You have a whole new fan club.

Love your channel, your videos and you. You are so genuine and warm and seeing a new video from you, even if the topic doesn't apply to me, just brings a smile to my face. I do have a question for you - what do you think about your hair style for someone who has very fine/thinning hair on top and has a round face with a double chin?
@SharaleesBoxOfChocolates6 жыл бұрын
What a sweetheart you are! Thank you for your amazing compliments and for bringing a smile to my face today!😍 You don’t have to have as thick of hair as I do to pull off this style. But I have heard from some with very thin, fine hair that it just didn’t work for them. Having said that, you might be able to add some spiky texture to the top/back...I’d see what your stylist thinks. As for your face shape, I have more of a round face myself and feel like the spiky texture and swept bangs help create more angles and give the illusion my face is thinner😘

Thank you! Your channel is the best for pixie hair! I need something like the enjoy dry wax you showed and live in Canada. Do you have any recommendations for March 2024? I used to have hair down to my waist and did chemo last year and now my hair is growing back so it has turned into a pixie (which I LOVE!!!!)
@SharaleesBoxOfChocolates5 ай бұрын
I'm so glad to hear you made it through your treatments and are on the road to recovery! I hope you continue to enjoy your pixie💗 My second favorite pomade is the Bed Head Manipulator Matte. Not quite as much hold but close, doesn't make the hair greasy and has the workability of the wax.

Sharalee please give me some suggestions for products for giving me the piecey look for my new haircut ok and remember that I told you that I have fine and thinner hair than what u have Sharalee BUT I also have some curlyness and natural body to my hair.....
@helenwebb81773 жыл бұрын
So Sharalee if I decide to exchange my enjoy dry wax for another jar because of the strong smell that I told you about should I just get the wax or the jar of clay?which would be better for my type of hair which is fine and thinner than your hair type????Thanks for your help with my new cut.....And be blessed
@SharaleesBoxOfChocolates3 жыл бұрын
After trying the Enjoy Clay myself, I didn't like the scent of that at all! So, if you want something a lot lighter than the Enjoy Dry Wax, I'd go with the Bed Head Matte Manipulator. It's probably the best alternative to the Dry Wax that I've found and might work better on your fine hair. Hope you enjoy your new cut!! Blessings💗

Thanks so much for showing this! I am trying to get my hair to this style but I am having trouble finding a stylist that can actually do it. They either cut it too short or just can’t do it at all, plus I have had trouble getting it styled after they cut it even though they haven’t gotten the style right I have had some get it close. Also do you know of any other you tubers that do makeup and hair tutorials for us older ladies that I can watch. I am 51 so others like you or in the age range of 40-55 would be good. Just doesn’t seem to be that many out here. Also what about other skin care such as razors they use or review and soaps shampoo conditioners lotions etc. sorry for all the questions. I love your channel and all your videos and trust your advice!

You are welcome! Thank you for watching my videos!😊 Yes, it can take time and a little trial and error to find the right stylist and to learn how to master styling this cut. But hang in there! You can do it! My next hair video is actually a Q & A with my stylist and we talk about how to find a good stylist, etc.....stay tuned for that! As for other more “mature” you tubers (like me😘), there are a couple I’d recommend that I enjoy watching too: Dominique Sachse, Stephanie Marie, Pride In Photos BEAUTY and Elle Leary Artistry. Hope that helps!

Do u use the wax at the root at all? Also, I just got my enjoy, and it seems like it won't warm up!
@SharaleesBoxOfChocolates6 жыл бұрын
Not much at the root unless I need a little extra volume in certain spots and then I almost scrub a little in close to the roots. Have you tried using a blow dryer to warm it up? You may also put the jar into a cup of hot water for a minute or two and that may do the trick as well. Usually once you get into the product and use it a few times it softens easier😊

Is the enjoy wax a solid? I ordered some on Amazon and it is so solid, I can't get any out... :(
@SharaleesBoxOfChocolates6 жыл бұрын
Tanya Barth Yes, it is a super solid wax and can be hard to get out at first. But fear not! There is a solution!😊 Take your blow dryer on med to high heat and hold it a couple inches away from the jar and heat the product for about 30 seconds. This should make the product pliable and allow you to get the product out. Depending on how cold it is where you live, you may have to do this more often.

@SharaleesBoxOfChocolates6 жыл бұрын
The first couple uses of a new jar are the hardest. First, try using your blow dryer on the hot setting and hold about 1-2 inches over the top of the open jar. Then use the top of your fingernail and see if you can scrape some out. If the blow dryer doesn't soften it enough, you can try putting the jar in a cup of hot water for a minute or so. Once you get into the paste and use it a few times, it should get easier. I think I need to do a video on this😊
