I have alopecia... I wish I had done video of it. I'd had my hair and make-up professionally done for my sisters wedding and it fell out in patches. I had to hold face. My daughter was watching. I shaved my head and I am down to a patch on top now. It was already bleach blonde. I dyed it purple and restain in my conditioner. Recently, I stained part of my length blue and conditioned purple. My ten year old daughter is talking about shaving her head someday. She's never cut her hair and shies from trims. But she never saw alopecia tear my confidence apart. Now she thinks it's cool that I have crop circles in my hair 😂 I use this purple trick in all of my blues. When the purple takes over, it washes out to ash. Do you know if it's normal for hair to come back white?!

As a 65-year-old woman who naturally went to silver with white highlights, the purple shampoo keeps out any yellowing. 40 years ago, older senior women were sometimes called, "blue-haired" due to overusing. Now the trends of purple shampoo made the products more expensive and numerous new brand's 💜 😄

I suppose that I live on the other side of the planet, but we have the same seniors too. Dozens of blue or purple haired old women.
@lynnokrzynski8720Ай бұрын
There hair turned blue because they used a product called BLUING. It is a laundry additive for whites so they come out bright white not yellowed. I have used this product and a cap full to a large load can be disastrous. It is very potent. And as hair Buddha tells us blue is very very hard to get rid of. What the blue hairs would do is add some bluing to water to make a rinse to keep their hair from yellowing. 1 of 2 things (or maybe both) are happening. 1. They got the mix wrong. 2. Using this every time they washed their hair causing the blue to build up. I don't know what they used that made it purple. I'm guessing it was an actual hair rinse that was tinted purple. I believe it's a brand called La Roux.

I had a lot of moments nodding my head and thinking things before you said them, but I actually didn't know the real purpose of folding the top of a foil like that! I always thought it was just to make placement easier (tail of the comb in the fold), but this makes SO much sense! We were taught the "how" on foil placement, but not the "why" for the specific parts. Yep. Lots of us (me included) had polka-dot highlights because we didn't know to account for bleach swelling. 🙃 Thank you for making these videos explaining all the details! ❤❤❤❤

I watched Brad for about a year and then unsubscribe. It became all about how gorgeous he was in his new looks. He also started the series we're young girls sent and pictures and asked if they should change their look or something like that. I noticed every picture that he showed was indeed someone in their mid-to-late teens always very pretty with beautiful long hair. It was biased in the worst way. I simply stopped watching. It completely turned me off this type of video I just got a hair Buddha in my recommendations and thought I'd give it a chance was I ever glad I had. In one week I have watched every single one of his videos and I'm hunting through his playlist to find a few that I haven't seen yet. I love him and his content.
