yes! my mom is a hair dresser and she makes the water so cold when you get bright colours that it turns her hands red and she has to take them out and warm them up but you, the person whose hair she is dying, you gotta stay there is the ice water trying not to cry and repeating to yourself "It's gonna look great, it's gonna look great, it's gonna look great!"

Every time I decide to color my hair I will get gloves and section it out before squeezing the dye into my hand and applying it that way. I used to do the bangs section (it really just frames my face) as musical beetlejuice green and when my sister drew my for her school project about family she drew me like that saying my face hair is green. My mom tints her hair a mix of red and purple, my sister (the baby of the family) has purple streaks, and I just buy whatever color I feel like from Arctic Fox and do that, normally it's green.

I love how neon colors look on people with a darker complexion. I was always jealous of the twins in my class. they had beautiful darker skin and usually had neon synthetics in their braids. It take SO much time to do all that.
