Last 3 months se mera hair fall bahut jyada ho rha tha, maine kuchh changes kiye ab bahut kam hai,, 1. Delhi se ghar aya, bcz Delhi me tank's water was not sooting 2. Atleast 4 din me ek bar hi hair ko dho rha hu, 3. Coconut oil me evion (vitamin E) के capsule mix krke jado me lgata hu,, 4. Hafte me 2 bar onion ka ras nikal k overnight ya 2-3 hrs k liye lgata hu nahane से pahle,, 5. Balo me hath and comb bahut kum krta hu,, 👍✌️

भईया आपने पानी के बारे में जो बताया वो बिलकुल ठीक बताया है। पहले मेरे घर में 150 फूट पर समरसेबल था जिसके पानी से बाल काफी टूटते थे और स्कीन पर भी दाने से निकलते रहते हैं लेकिन अब हमारा नया समरसेबल 350 फूट पर है जिसके पानी से मेरे बाल बिलकुल टूटना बंद हो गए और स्कीन पर दाने भी अब नहीं निकलते। बाल झड़ने का 50% कारण खराब पानी होता है।

If your area has hard water then it is very harmful like rural area(for e.g. If you go to rural area like sangareddy then the water is very hard and after washing it properly you will feel like your hair is not washed, then only you have to check the water TDS if your tap water has low TDS you are good to go, If you live in urban area like Mumbai where BMC supply your Tap water then your water TDS is low
