Finesteride does not Claim to block 100% of DHT it only claims 70% DHT blocking . Question: are you using a longer hairstyle to mask the obvious forehead / widows peak recession. Question: have you had and transplant either FUT or FUE . Question: are you hiding your thinning with volume and or fibers . This all seems like a pitch from a person who grafted thinning areas . Thank you for your effort but anyone who has fought this hair loss battle and won will be very skeptical of you claims .

What I did that actually change my whole body complexion, skin and hair: 1-Diet, everything start from inside, I stop to drink Cokes, eat fried food, pork and eat more vegetables, fruits and japanes food rich in vitamins very good for hair: Natto,Tofu and Green tea. 2-Water, 2-3l per day. 3-Supplements: 1.000iu Vitamin D(the days I am inside home),Vitamin E,D,L-Cystine and Gluthatione that actually reduce stress, 4-Filters, I changed my head shower to a Vitamin C and my hair never again felt itchy, red and dandruff off. 5-Shampoos: Revita(5 times a week) and Nizoral 2%(twice a week) 6-Oral minoxidil 2.5mg and Finasteride 1mg daily. 7-Scalp massage 15minutes daily. 8-Drink a lot of Green Tea because it is a nice natural DHT blocker ever and actually reduce the oil in your scalp that is something terrible you become more skinny and nice skin in general plus good mood. 9-Stop looking at mirrow evey second with the hope of a new hair growth

My hair often looks like I am really sick. My hair technician mentioned that he only sees hair like this in sick people and pregnant woman that have hormone problems. My hair looked like this since I was a teenager. My best guess is that it is stress induced due to family drama and I made the high stress mode my new daily Normal since then because I learned this pattern. The high stress Level also contributes to a tight scalp. Stress reduction also in form of breathing exercises, massages and a nighttime routine really helped me. My hair slowly looks less like a rats nest which is nice 🙂

You lying. Your hair follicles takes a few weeks to first develop before hair starts growing and hair doesn't thicken in a few days as it is impossible since you won't see thicker hair since you didn't grow enough to know a difference. I think you just fooled yourself. It takes weeks to see thicker hair and months to see new hair.

Although none of this is definitively wrong, these are things which create an optimal environment rather than address the root cause. finasteride minxodil and dermarolling. these are the 3 things that can genuinely halt hairloss and boost regrowth. Also, studies on mice do not translate to human models.

Derma rolling unfortunately isn’t a clinically proven method. The only two are finesteride and minoxidil. However, aside from side effects, something that not everyone wants to hear.. those are only temporary solutions and any gains will cease or fall out once you stop.. it’s also shown that the temporary hairs during treatment grown kinda differs to the regular hair.

Stress was an issue for me as well. I went through a 6 month chronic stress period that absolutely ripped me mentally, but instead of experiencing hair loss, I started getting premature grey hair on the sides of my head. Thankfully though, I was told by the doctors that it's reversible if I reduced stress, took the right vitamins and minerals, including Biotin and Silica, and a plant extract called Saw palmetto which promotes healthy hair growth by blocking an enzyme called DHT. If you haven't already tried it, I suggest a multivitamin supplement and Saw Palmetto tablets. I'm sure that can help with your hair too.

Thank you for the research, detailed explanation, transparency, and caring to share this valuable information. Growing hair back is not a quick fix, one size fits all. If one does the research, study, and is willing to work with their own body, making the necessary changes and tweaking procedures and products that suit them, hair growth can come back along with a healthier body. If nothing else, you know you have participated in regrowing your hair, taking good care of your body, calming/reducing stress, and inducing an overall sense of well being. Thank you again, I look forward to getting started. All the best to you!

I tried all sorts of topical methods that I could dream up myself. But one day, I decided to try something a bit risky. So I applied the substance only in the centre of the bald spot in the back area, and left it there overnight. I covered my hair with a bag to also keep the substance moist over night. And then that was that. I kind of gave up on that day. However, 6 months later, hair started to grow in the centre of the bald spot. It looked weird, since I now had the usual bald spot, but with a patch hair in the middle. The hair remained for about 3 years, despite there having been only one application. Now for the insane part. When I finally noticed the hair growth, I had by then completely forgotten what substance it was that I had used. One bloody application gives you hair for 3 years, and I can't recall what it was. The Gods seem to hate me.

water quality cannot be understated. The hard water will actually attach onto follicles and the hair shaft, suffocating them over time. If you have thinner strand hair it will affect your hair quality/growth even more. If you can afford filters Apple cider vinegar can be used to remove these deposits.

Whats your thought on Taoist soap? I got it fom the UK last year. I had to order two bars bescause i'm from the US. It ran me 90$ lol. It seems to help with inflamation on the scalp. Since i've been using LLLT, the soap and scalp massaging with a wooden massage brush, My hair is stronger and has stopped thinning in the last year. Usually every year it gets a little worse. That Grow band and elixir look like a good edition for me. I actually do the same thing with my fingers but my hands cramp and i get burned out on doing it consistently. The fingers only raise the sides of the head. That band raises the scalp all the way around. It will work for sure because doing it with my fingers helps the tension alot. Obviously that band would be 10x more effective. I also got a 1mm Derma stamp but have not started using yet.

Also in comparison to a blowdried messy trim to help hide it as much as possible, and while I’m not doubting 100% that there is some other potential improvements; based of that pic it looks as stated above. No, definitely not, the blood pressure rushing to your head can kill you if you are upside down for too long. However, if done conservatively for minimal amounts of time, say 1 minute, three times a day, it may help with blood flow. If you experience no dizziness drowsiness or constant headaches, you may allow yourself to go upside down for longer amounts of time, but I highly advise against it.

Great info! I have oily hair, if I don't shampoo daily with a soft shampoo, I get more oil!!! I have taken saw palmetto for decades, now added plant sterols and green tea extract orally. Do you think a corn starch dry shampoo is ok when oily? i.e. rub in corn starch to stop the oil on the scalp, or will it damage my follicles, hair, scalp? Maybe that or baking soda dry shampoo harmed my hair, has thinned much in the front and back. Maybe towel drying did that too!!! I have tried massage thru the decades, vits minerals have slowed it down esp the gray since my 30s. My blood work shows normal to low test, dht, insulin, estrogen, etc. I eat healthy, exercise. I think stress has caused much loss in the last 10 yrs slowly. I have tried essential oils overnite, etc. but not regularly, in spurts thru my life, and made my own natural shampoos with herbs. It did slow it down. Tried natural lemon shampoo too, it worked daily. Some said try baking soda with ACV for a shampoo? I felt it was drying me up, but kept the shampooing down to 3 times a week.Nizoral etc. did not stop the oil. But I still lost hair in the front and back, confusing. I grew the crown area with massage, herbs, oils and some rogaine to slow down the oils 10 yrs ago, it worked. My thyroid is normal, I do alt meds. Somehow stress caused more oil in my scalp and much loss of hair in the front and back, even if my diet is very good. I've tried many things, can you advise? thanks!

Yeah the difference is not much, but you can't focus on the Hair line, Focus on the Health of the Hair. Mainly what you should get from this video is a way to keep the hair you have and making it thicker and healthier. I think this guy got more Thickness rather than new hair growth. Thick Hair can make the Hair Line lower as I use the same Technique with Rogaine. It never lowered my Hairline or caused new growth, but it sure did thicken up and strengthen my good hairs which made my Hairline appear lower.

Best way to reduce inflammation and reduce the stress hormone cortisol: TAKE MORE VITAMIN C! Get at least 5 grams per day. Increase until you see the negative sides (very loose stools) which is around the 15-20 gram mark. If you could only take one supplement, this one would be it. Timed release is the best way to go. This video is just a plethora of info condensed. Thumbs up. The mention about L. Reuteri is very beneficial. Probiotics in general, but this particular strain more so. Vitamin C will also help curb the 'bad' bacteria as well. Think of it as sunshine cleansing the soil. You have a massive landscape in your digestive system. It needs to be tilled/rotated/fertilized. Prebiotics are a must. Toxins and heavy metals are fed on by yeast; this is by design. The yeast are actually symbiotic in a sense. They deal with the garbage, and the body has mechanisms of dealing with them so long as they don't grow out of control. The problem is when they grow out of control and enter the bloodstream. Like any life-form, they want to survive. It is believed that they can even hijack the neuropathways to the brain and make us crave the bad food, which exacerbates the problem. When you see people with very reddish skin, balding, it is usually a sign of yeast overgrowth. They'll usually have big round guts too. High dose vitamin c would be beneficial in this case.
