They aren’t stretching skin they remove excess forehead skin resulting in a smaller forehead.

When they pull it upward, that’s called a facelift. And yes they excise some skin in hairline lowering surgery.

Yes you can! I just had a consultation today and my dr addressed this. He said that the nerves that control brow movement are lower/off to the sides and not affected by the surgery
