I absolutely love what you do but Unfortunately, For most a facelift with a reputable surgeon is just not obtainable. Anyway, it is possible to delay aging and reverse a LOT just through Microneedling. No procedure that I have done in my life was as helpful as the high-quality derma pen I got for around 200$.

Yeah sure, during the years I have tried almost everything to look younger + delay aging as much as possible, anything from face exercises, vitamin C serum, Fraxel, collagen supplements and of course Retin A (7 years straight), home devices and what not. I swear, Nothing made any real difference compared to microneedling. Within 3 months of use, my skin has improved DRAMATICALLY. I don't look like I'm 20's again, but definitely not 48 either. My fine lines have disappeared completely, and my nasolabial folds are way less are nonexist (never had jowls though). People often underestimate the power of wounding and the revolutionary effects it can have on the skin

I agree with you. Natural and simple. I wish the Chanels such as this would explain the cost in round about figures. Girls in their 40-60s are still raising kids, illegal help. Etc. who’s got the extra money for these procedures. May if you are a CEO or own your own company but what about us retired women also. A couple thousand would be doable but 10-20 $ that’s some else. Hollywood can afford it but not us. Maybe the medical insurance would start a new policy for this area (hahaha). Well ladies, stay healthy and accept the lines, it’s called life and getting older.

It's ridiculous to tell people that in 2025 and beyond the only real options for anti aging is $100,000 face lifts, which at the end of the day, are still barbaric, painful procedures that require a lot of healing and can only be done once or twice in a life time, at most. They create a lot of scar tissue and trauma. Facelifts are not good for the skin (I have talked to many experienced healers and aestheticians about this). In the near future, we will have anti-aging technologies, skincare, and health rejuvenations that will reverse aging without cutting and eliminate disease. Hospitals will be a thing of the past, along with Big-Pharma. If we can clone, have AI, and make flying cars, we can move beyond face lifts! Botox is also a poison. It looks ugly and is horrible for the skin muscles. Muscles should not be frozen. It causes atrophy. I agree that skincare and skin health is most important. When I see women, especially in Europe, with beautiful skin and true style, they look beautiful no matter their age, and regardless of lines and some laxity. We have really lost the plot when it comes to understanding what makes someone beautiful. It isn't looking like a cloned version of yourself or having a face that doesn't move or show life.

Finally! My mother had an old school facelift done in 1985, at the age of 53, by an excellent surgeon in Fresno, CA. Her results were outstanding. When I decide to pull the trigger on a facelift (God willing my 401k can take the strain) I'll find a surgeon who, like you, understands the lost art of the natural, artistic facelift. My upper and lower bleph, done ten years ago, was the best 'beauty' money I ever spent. It was done by a doctor in Santa Barbara, CA, who also taught cosmetic surgery methods at UCLA.
@sarabarraj798016 күн бұрын
How much did you pay for your bleph if you don’t mind me asking, I really need it! Especially upper
@cherylcoyote16 күн бұрын
@ It was $6500, and included fraxel laser on my face. Of course, this was years ago and I imagine that the cost has jumped. What lasers do you go with? So many options, and i don't know which are which. Co2, BBL, Forever young, halo, etc. The med spas and plastic surgery place both sell different ones at different prices and I don't know which one is best, without too much pain 😅
@kimking4224Ай бұрын
@ I’ve done the CO2 RF x2 IPL several times over the years Laser Genesis , trilift x 3. I found the microneedling RF works really good. I’m trying the Helix laser in a few months. It’s supposed to to be really good for texture discoloration and tightening ..

@@kimking4224 Thank u. Pain level on these, comparatively?
@kimking4224Ай бұрын
@@soulinameatsack29 the IPL was the worst for me . The RF microneedling is painful but the CO2 wasn’t. They do numb you for everything
@NiawithnatАй бұрын
@@kimking4224my understanding is that the radio frequency has now been found to put heat under the skin which depletes collagen in the long term, so adding the RF may over time be counter productive to the action of the microneedling. I’ve listened to a couple of dermatologists recently saying to be careful when it comes to putting intense heat into the skin.

I have had rhinoplasty for a terrible “ hump” on my nose, I thought. But I found out after the surgery no one seemed to even notice. My daughter had the same type of nose and didn’t like it and chose to have rhinoplasty and I made sure she remembered that you do that surgery for YOU only. I was so disappointed when my rhinoplasty didn’t turn me into the most attractive person ever!( that’s an exaggeration, but just proving a point )

When patients can't afford getting fillers or procedures with more expensive surgeon, they get it done with someone who they can afford and it doesn't always come out right.

I absolutely love what you do, how you say you go about the aging process. Unfortunately this is not affordable. For most a facelift with a reputable surgeon is just not obtainable. Lets face it loans are not the answer. Financing is limited, with limited payback time. If you cannot afford this procedure one should not put themselves into debt. Therefore, it is my belief that many the cheaper alternatives (facial fillers...)

While surgery may not be an option for everyone, maintaining a consistent, comprehensive, and effective skincare routine is something anyone can do. When combined with a healthy lifestyle, this approach can go a long way in supporting your skin’s health and appearance.

I’m sorry, but Gwen Stefani shouldnt be used as an example of good work done because she looks extremely alien and overdone. The others ladies however, fantastic work done!!! They literally looked like they slept well and paused their clock from 15 years ago.

I have done so many video on that. Not prp per se but microneedling.. it’s a nice procedure and totally harmless. I am definitely a fan. It isn’t a replacement for solid daily skincare and sunscreen but a nice addition.

Thank you Dr. Karam . Been so open about all products and differences in collegian and good collegians . I go to Korea two to three times a year. And I’m so ready at my age to work on ny skin , volume and shape as you spoke of . I have always tried to take care of my skin since my teens , I learned alot from my grandmother ect . Who had beautiful skin til the day she went to heaven . However under the knife I have not yet but I have done the Botox but with t my age I see shape of my face is now changing I’m aging and my eyes by brows sagging . My chin has wrinkles , I have flown for the airlines almost 40 years and I wonder what is the best way to help chin , neck , eyes but I am not into the thread those I know who have done this in the USA or in Korea it looks so painful the day after and they go back over and over every 5 months and I don’t want to do that . I am consistent in good health care for my skin & I do love products from Korea but still I know I need to do this revival you do . I had ultra therapy in Spain two years ago but it was painful , I don’t wanna keep doing procedures every 6 months . I have never done strings and never will . Thank you for educating me on skin ,and reality of what is needed bc I only wanna look natural not like a mannikin in photos or in person . Ty✨💫

Hmmm I am very interested in these procedures, but I can only (possibly) afford this once- I’m 43 and just recently am seeing that I am truly aging! 🙈 Ive always looked so young and never had any procedures of any type done. But the volume loss is so crazy… my face feels like it’s someone else’s FROM the aging; I love the idea of looking like myself again🥰
