I think it's great you scratched his scalp while shampooing! And had a specific shampoo for dry scalp. I can't tell you how many times I've told stylists that I had a dry scalp and they just go about doing things as normal...and I end up with dandruff at the end of the styling😥

Scalp looks oily, not dry IMO....This is just what he needed to clarify and cleanse his scalp. More frequent washing with scalp massage will likely correct the issue.

I also have the same condition. I've seen several dermatologists and it is not dandruff. It's terrible it keeps coming no matter what you do. I have never had a stylist take the time to lift it up. I appreciate you and the care you take and give.

Yes it definitely will but you have to scratch it after and keep doing the treatment as well. Make sure to clarify your scam so you don’t get builded up from the oil.❤️
