People say British food is not very good. It's not true. Maybe you don't agree with me about that but one thing nobody can deny is we cook the best food from all around the world because of people like the Hairy Bikers, Jamie Oliver, Gordon Ramsay, Rick Stein, Keith Floyd - In fact the list is endless. We are so lucky.

Those are just chefs that make foreign food well. That's not british food. Every country has such a good chefs, even better, just not as famous.

Scones and sour cream with gulyas?! Thats a definite NO NO!!! And cooking the meat separately is strike 3!!! Hairy bikers, youre out. Shouldve just let the old ladies do it and learn from them. They were probably crying in the back.

Actually the recipe might had come from those palóc ladies. They love to put sour cream into everything up in Palócföld.

@@benedektoth2646 Actually not. You could make palocgulyas with sour cream and green beans, but thats a different recipe. And the scones arent for the gulyas, and you always cook the meat in before adding vegetables. Its still not a bad recipe, I just found it ironic to cook it wrong with those ladies in the back. Ive been to Paloc and this is a hairy biker version of a gulyas.

Lol ugh everytime I make gulyás I have to remind myself Orban is not worth losing a finger over. Difficult to be as close to my Hungarian heritage as I used to be but 1. I know plenty of Hungarians still there who are fighting for their democracy and 2. it does make great comfort food!
