You guys are doing great…. I love the concept of the 20 dollar house flip. There are new subscribers here that don’t realize that you are doing the house flip the long way around for our entertainment. You could have had it done differently but, you realized this way was better content and we agreed. It’s fun to watch and all the little side pieces( gum balls machine, antiques mall, whatnot auctions, Goodwill sourcing) is very entertaining. Thank you guys we love you

Anyone who comments negatively on how long it's taking to renovate a home either never owned a home or never renovated home. This project is moving along at a lovely pace. I think the progress you're making is incredible. Let's not forget it's also a side hustle for you guys and you're being so very smart and paying cash.
@arielwashere100

People’s negative comments about your mortgage and how long this is taking is unnecessary. Everything takes time and money and with you having already paid for the house in cash / no mortgage puts you in a great starting point. Then only $20 out of pocket for renovations I think is honestly great. Yeah it’s taking extra time to get the rest of the money but dude it’s $20 for a full house renovation is insanely good plus they are taking the time to make sure things are done correctly!

And documenting and filming the whole process. If it's negative comments, it's just haters that see what they are doing and want to be backseat drivers.

There’s no mortgage, you made an investment in your future. And are putting the sweat equity into it. ….seems people don’t have the patience for long form content nor non-immediate gratification/instant profit investment strategies. Pretty sad and scary, but don’t listen to the critics. something worth doing, is worth doing well. And you will more than likely make more on your investment by putting more effort time and money into making the best property possible.

Love You Guys! Just some information about renting out your renovation out. You already know this, but after you take an application from person to rent your house, after they leave get in your car and drive to their current address ,because that is what your house will look like in three months. Calling their landlord does not give you a good idea how they are. If they are bad the landlord will give them praise just to get rid of them. If they are good they will lie to you to try to keep them. My experience has run into several bad situations ,but once they are moved in getting them out is an ordeal. Oh yes when you get to their house go up and knock on the door and tell them they need to sign their application. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Professional house flipper here. I am sure someone has already pointed out that those "squiggles" are most definitely structural. When we need to update the appearance of homes from that era we usually replace those with 6x6 pressure treated posts stained with a cedar stain. I will be glad to answer any questions. Keep going. Yall are doing great.
