Haitian “the Snitch” Jack and his homies had something to do with that girl that accused Tupac. Jack introduced the girl to PAC, she performs oral sex on him in the club. Back at the hotel, Pac does his thing with girl and goes to bed, he’s awakened by the girl saying how could you do this to me. Mind you Jack and his homies have their way with the girl while Pac is sleep. They were being tried together and Jack got his case separated from Pacs. In the end Pac goes to jail and Jack goes free. It’s common knowledge that street niggaz wit a rep make deals once they get caught. It’s common knowledge that the Feds saw Pac as a threat because of his family background. Put 2 & 2 together, Haitian Jack is a snitch.

Pac wouldn’t have put no song out like that before he died…. Well, he wrote it, recorded it and had it ready to be released before his unfortunate passing. So yeah, he would’ve and actually did! Proof is, same crimes occurred with same charges but different trials… and didn’t you get off Scott free while he got locked for the same crime? Only informants get a separate trial and lighter to no conviction and sentence. They also don’t get publicity either. Can only picture what he said! Won’t find records of many informants because most are not public records. Names would be whittled out. So yeah, proof is all in that hotel room case! Isn’t it also strange that someone of his alleged criminal history, he is free roaming around today and not behind a sliding cell door?Another thing to think of too! Kind of strange when most people for less crimes get very very long sentences.

Now I really think Jack a snitch. Like, he really went with the classic blame Suge Knight strategy. When Pac's family said Pac already thought Jack was a snitch in 94, That's the whole reason Pac stopped talking to Jack during that period. Even in this doc, Jack admitted Pac's lawyer got Pac to stop talking to him, but he didn't acknowledge the reason why Pac stopped talking to him. He doesn't even acknowledge how he escaped serving time for the r*pe case. You don't get a plea deal if somebody else isn't thrown under the bus. I see Jack defenders say Pac could have gotten the same deal if he pleaded guilty... The only reason Jack got that deal is because Pac didn't plead guilty. In what world does the person who was actually accused of the major crime (Jack was actually accused of the r*pe. Pac was accused of allowing it to happen) get zero time and just a fine? That doesn't happen unless everybody else pleaded not guilty or if they just wanted somebody else more badly. Either Jack was really ignorant and thought that his guilty plea wouldn't be used as proof against them, or he was really an informant.
