Would this proverb be in line with something I often heard in martial arts? : The Xin (heart) leads the Yi (intention/mind), the Yi leads the Qi (energy), the Qi leads the Li (physical movement). I always wondered in this proverb what is supposed to fuel the Xin in the first place. Thank you for your time, passion, knowledge and the willingness to share it.
