Haji’s Kitchen without Vince just doesn’t cut it IMO, with all due respect to their current vocalist. Just imagine if Vince was still alive and Haji was still releasing music 🤯. Plus we never got a Gravity Pool album. Them damn Texas bands, boy, they’re just a different breed. I never realized how much of a vocal influence Vince was on me until later in life. I guess I have the Brody movie to thank for that. Rest in Power Vince Mullins. You are forever missed and celebrated ❤.

I remember first discovering this song back in 2019 after watching clips from the OG Broly movie and listening to this song constantly back then (ah, the pre-covid days lol). Knowing about Haji's Kitchen makes me feel bad for all the unknown bands out there that have genuine talents that most mainstream bands nowadays can't even reach. And Vince Mullins' voice escalated this band even further.
