Assalamu Alaikum Dear Respected Brothers/ Sisters My personal advice for anyone going for Hajj or Umrah is to cut down on eating. Have a huge hotel breakfast after Fajr prayers, then sleep. Then have 1 meal either after Asar or Maghrib Salah. Or if 1 can, eat after Isha. Spend as much time in Haram as possible. Think as if this maybe the last Hajj or Umrah that 1 is doing. Insha'Allah i am going for my first umrah this ramadan, we booked for the last 7 days after my exams finish.(make dua for me please) I was just wondering what your advice would be... we get to Jeddah at 10.30am we are hoping to be fasting, so when is the best time to perform the rituals of umrah ?

Awesome to hear you are away for Umrah especially your first one being in Ramadhan! i have never been in ramadhan but I have heard it is amazing atmosphere in Ramadhan. Also The Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him) said doing umrah in ramadhan is like doing Hajj with Him (pbuH). SubhanAllah so massive rewards!! I would advise when you get to Makkah, rest if you are tired. You probs won't get to Makkah until after Zohar time. Don't rush to go for umrah. The last thing you want to do is rush being exhausted and go for umrah and not enjoy it. so when you check in rest you will need it! if you are not tired then freshen up at the hotel and go for umrah. Try to do Umrah when its not too hot so after Asr salah. Remember there will be salahs between your umrah so don't do your tawaf before any salah, do it after. When you are there you will know better. remember to take your time and relax. not to rush anything. lastly please make dua for me and my family. Make dua Allah blesses me with anther change to go to Hajj or Umrah. jazak"Allah'Kheir for another great video and ameen to all your duas, i pray you get the same and even more ameen tip on weight loss start this program called P90m you can find torrents online and burn it on a disc and do it in comfort of your own home i lost about 3 stones doing that after 6 months then i was confident enough and joined a local boxing club and wow what a brilliant way to lose weight i lost 2 stones withing a few months and felt great alhumdulliah if i can advise anyone jump on to boxing but you need to be slighty fit to start hence why i recoomend p90m , once your mastered all of that id say go onto p90x to get ripped main thing is have a daily program like this spread out wake up green tea or water excersise p90m etc recover drink/breakfast snack lunch snack walk or another workout dinner with half recovery drink or full recovery drink and small dinner snack green tea or water sleep count calories is a must keep under 1,500 kals key is eat frequently i was shocked that by not eating often makes you gain weight and muscle confusion exercises is a big must sleep early and have days of eg 2 days of per week and sppread them apart enjoy and watch the weight come of in a healthy way which will be a long term benefit rather than doing it dangerously like biggest loser and these other fat losing program where they make you lose it to fast p.s you have to stop fizzy drinks because the sweetners are artifical and too much of it your body system will pack in and damage it your better of drinking the normal fizzy if you must then the zero drinks if you need anymore info let me know insh'Allah you get to your goal weight and continue to go perform hajj umrah year upon year ameen
