hello, what is the point of access to lan turtle? We do not have access to the pc or it is connected and we can not even get the interface.

Having access to the Lan turtle which is on a remote LAN network means you have an entry point to that Network. You can map out the network the turtle is sitting in.

Man they really need to go through and update a lot of these tutorials. A lot of this stuff is either depreciated or doesn't work at all anymore. I have had to find so many work around to get this thing working. Love the turtle, but it needs a new batch of tutorials

Im using VM for Windows 10 and followed all your steps but I cant get a session. My PC has a LAN Connection for ist own and the turtle has also a LAN cable plugged in. I also tried to use my Laptop with the turtle sticked in but still no session... please help me :( best regards from Germany

If you noticed he is running an early version of kali I'm guessing you are running a newer version that could be the issue?
