the Romero hearse does not require a mission... you can rarely get it without any requirements, just hitting the church during the day. IF you already have one, it will spawn 90% of the time.

I collected a load of rare cars about 6 months ago. I found the hardest ones to get were the two gold Tornados (one with a hard roof and one with a soft roof), the blue and green Ruiner and the sea wash green Tornado.

If I remember correctly, there’s another way to spawn the Dubsta without the penthouse. I think it’s a resupply mission for the bunker. It will spawn Dubstas and you just steal one and finish the mission. Once finished, the Dubsta will spawn somewhere near outside your bunker. Then use that one to spawn the rare ones.

You don’t have to snipe anyone for the mariachi tornado. Just have to wait few seconds till the tornado drives off the cliff

I’ve just started playing GTA after moving from other games. For some reason creators on GTA are the only ones that don’t really add time stamps to their videos, it’s so hard to come back to and look for the cars you want to find and reuse the video to find them.

The Dubsta can spawn at all 3 locations in the city, I usually get them by the airport and store them at the Greenwich garage, but the real farms are the Sandking and Sentinel.

If you have a Bugstars van, drive it to the Los Santos docks, a warehouse will be open with about 6 of them inside, drive away with one of them and claim at LS Customs. Also a supercharged variant of the Sabre Turbo Custom can be found at LS Customs carpark (Where you got the custom Ruiner), spawns randomly but try driving a regular Sabre Turbo, can be claimed at LS Customs. Another car (but not claimable) is a lime green Voltic with custom hot pink wheels, rare but appears near the Eclipse Blvd 50 car garage.

you CAN save the Lifeguard SUV and Mod it if you use the avenger or the MOC. you have to insure it first before you can mod it. Los Santos Customs to Insure it, MOC or Avenger to Mod (Full Armor, Window Tint, Wheeles, ect. but not the Livery.
