1:37 - In Spanish, "mantequilla" usually means butter, but Hakka's most likely referring to "mantequilla rala", which is like sour cream and is a regional specialty of Central America. 普通にスペイン語で「マンテキージャ」はバターだけど、「マンテキージャ・ララ」っていうサワークリームっぽいやつは中米の名物らしい。 - Noodlebrain

Hakka was talking about the Philippines. Yup, the standard Filipino method of cooking/eating is "missing a certain ingredient? _Gawan ng paraan~"_ (find a way~) It's the same story for our banana ketchup. "It's ww2 and there's no tomatoes to make ketchup? Use bananas!" Heck, mango float is a popular dessert here, and it's just Graham crackers and cream/mango mixture put together in layers and put in a freezer. It's like an ice cream cake and it's delicious.

Ice cream sandwich with actual bread is weird? Wait until Haka and chat come across our country's specialty, fried ice cream.

I actually think fried ice cream is better than ice cream with bread lmao

As someone who was an avid concha eater growing up, the way it was worded at 2:12, I couldn’t have put it any better myself.
