Theres just such a huge range of skill that gets jouzu'd that you have to improve a fair bit before getting to the next level of compliment, and I imagine it can be frustrasting to hear that despite how much you have progressed since your first jouzu

Not exactly sure what Axel's spice tolerance is but northern Chinese hot pots can get pretty spicy especially for the typical Japanese palette. But there are also tons of non spicy soup bases as well
