Makes - 3 Servings
Ingredients -
10-12 Medium Size Arbi Leaves/Colocasia Leaves
1 Cup Chickpea Flour/Besan
¼ Cup Rice Flour
1 tsp Carom Seeds/Ajwain
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 ½ tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1 ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Asafoetida/Hing
¼ tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Ginger Chilli Paste
As per taste Salt
2 tsp Oil (For Moyan)
Pinch of Baking Soda
¼ Cup Tamarind Chutney
As required Water
For Tempering
3 tbsp Groundnut Oil
1 Dry Red Chilli
1 tsp Mustard Seeds/Rai
7-8 Curry Leaves
¼ tsp Asafoetida/Hing
1 tsp Coarsely Ground Fennel Seeds
1 tsp Coarsely Ground Dry Coriander Seeds
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
2 tbsp Water
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Fresh Grated Coconut
Serve it as Farsan or Evening Snacks
