Hakuryu, how to do well in 2024 in World of Warships Wows Blitz

Hakuryu was my first T10... and also the first one I sold.
Reviewing the Eagle forced me to replay all my T10 CVs and, quite frankly, I had a blast with this one!
So here are a couple of techniques to do well with it in 2024 - enjoy.
