I was at Hal's gig in Glasgow too. thought It was totally awseome. I also got to chat to him, he's such a down to earth guy.

I just wish this was not so close to home. When you set with some one on their death bed that you love like this and watch them take their last breath. These words exspress what you can't at the time. It was my dad, and I have the pictures that fufill this message. Hal I havent met you, and possibly never will, but I know you feel, and possibaly have experienced this. I take comfort in your message. Thanks so much. Ken

I’ve listened to C&W all my life we have thousands songs….over the years one just seemed to get better and better pulled away from the crowd.......Waylon, Sammy, Dwight, Merle, Conway, George, Willie, Clint....they're all greats...but Hal's got the extra note in his message...

He has his capo on the fifth fret. Sounds like G, D, C. That's what I'm hearing anyways and I'm an amateur.
