Alot of ppl thinking the bang smoke change is a nerf it crazy. If you are a MNK player this is a buff. There is no aim assist in smoke. So as a MNK you throw smoke directly on top of a controller player then sprint at them and proceede to fight them while they have no aim assist. MNK players should be cheering for this change as they will finally get the chance to fight controller players without worrying about aim assist. For MNK demons like Zero this change is going to turn them into raid bosses in smoke. Making them impossible to challenge in smoke. For controller bang players this means instead of using smoke aggressively you will now be able to rotate with it ALOT easier. No worry about a BH popping ult and shooting you through smoke while you rotate. Or getting hit by a 4x10 in smoke from litterally across the map. The bang patch is not a nerf. Its a change to how she will be used and a buff for MNK players

@Halogenvsrg Blood Hound ult or scan did not give AA in aim assist. Digi or the 4x10 does not give AA in smoke. No other scan or highlight mechanics gave AA in smoke. The devs would not change that now. Or if they chose to they would mention it in the patch notes

I think they want Bang to be more defensive/evasive with her smokes rather than aggressive. She was being used more to blind a team while pushing and blood ult would entry frag and they probably didn’t like that

She's free from the shackles of being tied to BH. In fact I'd argue that she'll even be stronger now that you can't get seen by BH. Chucking smokes for tough rotations has become better, and people can actually gamble and fight inside the smoke now. We'll have to wait to see how seer will work with this. Qing a smoke field will give you better scans than BH now
