Love all the glacierviews and excitement. I do have mixed feelings about the amounts of ice calving, it seems a lot longer period in the last years. It does seem like a very nice itinerary. How does it compare to your other Alaska cruises on HAL specific and the other lines?

Iceland, yes! Our Norwegian Prima series from New York to Reykjavik. Greenland, we tried on Carnival Legend but a storm kept us from visiting. We’ll be heading back to both places as well as Norway this summer!! :D

Basically, A glacier forms when snow builds up over many years. Over time it turns to ice and gets pushed out and down under new snow fall.
