►Chicken Wings
1.5kg to 3.3lbs chicken wings
2 tsp salt
►Spices
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp chili
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp pink
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp citric acid
1 tsp salt
►Sauce
1/2 cup or 65g fresh red chili peppers
1 cup or 110g red bell peppers
4 or 15g garlic cloves
1 sun dried tomato
1 small roasted red bell pepper
1 tsp chipotle paste
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp red chili flakes
1/4 tsp MSG
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp black vinegar
1 cup white or distilled vinegar
1/2 cup oil
►Chips
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp leftover paste
Onion
Peppers
Chilies as required
2 portion of cooked chips
2 tsp spices
1 cup grated cheddar
3 tbsp cheese sauce
Jalapenos
2 tbsp spicy mayo
Vinegar as required
