You are wrong, Brahmin are Bahu Jana priyaru, not Bojanaparya. In olden days people used to like them. By tongue slip wrong usage. Like that another mistake in saying, shiva pojaygay Kardi betahagay, it should be kardigay means the instrument. You forgot kardigay means no use of doing poojas.

Chetan sir, super recipe. So much thanks to Arun sir for giving such varieties of Mysore recipes. ಹಲಸಿನಕಾಯಿ ತಡವಾಗಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದ್ದರಿಂದ recipe try ಮಾಡುವುದು ತಡ ಆಯ್ತು. ಡಬ್ಬಿ ಬ್ಯಾಡಗಿ ಮೆಣಸು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದು, ಕೂಟು ತುಂಬಾ ತುಂಬಾ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಬಂತು. Same texture and I hope same taste also. ಇಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ವಂದನೆಗಳು.
