@@ManeManeRasadoota his recipes are one of the most authentic ones on your Channel and the next closest to his is are the Momos recipe from Sahakarnagar…guys who speaks almost perfect Kannada… I do appreciate other recipes including Chethan Raos…. They are all good but SGK is the best …and coincidentally I lived in Hanumanthanagar Ballekayi mandi from 1990 to 2004 😊 Pre 1980s this was a graveyard….😀filled with mosquitoes 🦟 and graves Pre 1990s most of the Hanumanthanagar were still predominant with the gowdas… post 2000s were predominant of the Marwaris

I think you have forgotten to add Corriander seeds & little jheera! In our recipe, we don’t add mustard, methi & also cinnamon. I personally don’t use jaggery for sambar or kootu as it gives a sweetness. I feel there should be difference between sambhar & Kootu & I add tamarind after tasting kootu only as an option! We use jaggery only for gojju! Recipes differ from one family to another!
