In this podcast, Kushal speaks with Ajeet Bharti about the #Haldwani Demolition Row. The Uttarakhand High Court ordered to vacate 29 acres of railway land in Haldwani. In response to that order, the residents of the approximately 4,000-odd encroached homes are protesting. Today the Supreme Court has heard the case and has stayed the Uttarakhand HC's order of #Haldwani eviction of over 50,000 people and the matter will be taken up on February 7, 2023. The Supreme Court said, "People who don't have a right over the land will have to be removed along with a rehabilitation scheme, while considering the railways interest".

These are literally NO GO ZONES. Even Uttarakhand police don't dare to enter these areas. We used to travel to Haldwani station earlier safely, even one of the train's timing is late 2 in the night. But today, you have to be very careful, thanks to these encroachers. Without mentioning UMAR GAUTAM AND INDIRA HRIDHYESH, this case can't be completed. Wakf board in UP is funding these illegal cockroaches to spread all over Uttarakhand. These people have no connection with our culture or religion, we are pure idol worshipers, and in the future, we will suffer because of these shameless people who are taught by their religion to be against our rituals.
