In this episode of “Letting Go & The Greatest Secret,” Hale Dwoskin explores ways to dissolve the artificial sense of separation and have Awareness become more of your living experience.
Hale Dwoskin is the author of the New York Times best seller "The Sedona Method" and the coauthor of "Happiness Is Free: And It’s Easier Than You Think" with Lester Levenson. He has been helping people let go and discover their true nature since 1976. He is also one of the featured teachers in Rhonda Byrne’s book and movie phenomenon "The Secret" as well as a featured teacher in "The Greatest Secret." Yes, and what really enhances this, for me, anyway, is that you can BATHE in AWARENESS lying down in bed and half asleep! 🌞

It seems that these techniques are just getting more and more simple. Reminds me of Lester's lecture on Keep It Simple Sweetheart :). Simple is powerful!

@@pbea7185 just for anyone reading this, for whom it might be helpful, there are techniques outlined in book The Sedona method for release of underlying needs & wants & drives: the unconscious or barely conscious motivations that go back to early childhood wounds. In the book, Dale Hwoskins says that addressing those underlying wants when doing a releasing exercise is the more powerful way. To release the underlying want for love (or even negative attention), for security and survival, for control (or to be out of control or dependent), and for distance/ closeness (separation oneness) is to release that which drives the feeling. The book is equivalent to a couple of courses, including an advanced course. I am finding it helpful... it's a book of exercises so it can take quite a while to do just one page, 😉 but there is a sense of progress. Of permanent progress. Of course the real fast way is to bathe in awareness all day, and experience any situations from the bath of relaxation! When one can do that, great 🌞 In the meantime I have this meditation "Bathing in and as Awareness", and the other two on resistance. 😊

This doesn’t do anything for me. I wish it did. To me it just sounds like I’m listening to somebody talking about meditation and awareness. It doesn’t actually have any effect on me even when I ask these questions.

According to the Mandukya Upanishad the awareness rather cognition is divided into 4 stages, 1 waking, 2 dreaming, 3 deep sleep and the 4th state which is neither waking state, dreaming state, not deep sleep but the observer of the 3 states
