I can't believe this is free. Also, I can't believe Hale still looks this good. I remember taking trips to Sedona, Arizona with my parents in college just hoping that I might possibly run into Hale fifteen or twenty years ago. And, he's barely aged. For those who are fans of The Sedona Method or Hale, in particular, these podcasts share more of Hale than the older Sedona Method course. Hale's view of reality and our place in it is more directly discussed. There's a Zoom lecture series -- with releasing, of course -- that he did around the launch of The Greatest Secret Book that might be his best work, yet. I had my doubts about whether the transition to Learning Strategies for the backend, business side of things was actually freeing up Hale to explore and teach more, and then, BAM, he's just really been productive this year! Big win for all of us.

Isn't it amazing? I have noticed that the best skin care, anti-ageing treatment on the planet is the non-dual understanding and sharing it with others! Rupert Spira has similarly luminous skin.

I don't know how to change my life around... I watch this video and what arises in me is overwhelm and stress. my dream life feels 999-trillion universes away from my reality: - I have minimal work (I live in poverty) - the place I rent is old and teeny tiny tiny - I have passions and talents that could make me rich, but... - I'm single, have been my whole life, I die for true love - fat and diabetic - old now, no longer attractive - no friends - always a million-trillion stressful things to do...

I‘ve been doing this meditation often and truly love it. Today something came up. I find it hard to accept things like unfairness, force or violence towards weaker characters (animals and children). Is that also something that can/ should be accepted, even loved and resolved?
@henrike34 Жыл бұрын
And I don’t mean what do I do when I observe something like that in reality, but just if this appears in thoughts or the inner world. If I see somebody acting cruel towards kids or animals, I would interfere. But what if this keeps coming up in my thoughts and feelings?
@TheSedonaMethod Жыл бұрын
Just notice the thought and the feelings, allow them to come up and they will pass through the bodymind like clouds passing through the sky.

Hmmm ok so now I'm not so sure if I've been noticing pure awareness or not. I think my mind might be tricking me. I seem to have two voices... one saying that it is pure awareness and one that isn't. I am guessing they are BOTH my mind, as pure awareness does not speak? Is that right?

Hi Hale. I hope you answer this for me please - while doing the exercises my mind either wanders or I fall asleep! Your method is proving to be the most helpful for me after studying and practicing so many other methods and I would be truly grateful if you could provide me with some insight. It is so important for me as I cannot obtain a copy of The Sedona Method anywhere in South Africa. With love, light and gratitude. 💖💥
@SedonaMethodPlus3 жыл бұрын
Hi Diane - Hale often gets asked this question and he says it's absolutely fine. Nothing to worry about. I do the same thing but if I really want to listen to the words I can just listen to a small piece at a time, or listen while out walking in the fresh air. If you are on Facebook you can join the Sedona Method Group where you'll find lots of support. facebook.com/groups/4519488722
Thanks for the helhelpful advice, Sally 😊. I'l bear it in mind when I do releasing and walking the dogs. 💞

I don't understand, I have inner resistance to being abused or taken advantage of, because my family tries to do that all the time. If I didn't resist their advances, I'd be screwed. The health that I do have comes by resisting the negatives in my life, which seek to bring me down even further. In other words, I wouldn't have the mental awareness I do have unless I were resisting, thus, my resistance is part of my awareness, is it not? Am I the awareness, or the resistance to something bad happening to me? I am both, and am also that which welcomes in the good. I think there may be wisdom here, but I'm not able to unlock the meaning of it. What even is to let go? to forget about the bad things that have happened and continue to happen? Is it to stop resisting the evil that tries to creep into my life? Is it to not care whether or not I am suffering?
@TheSedonaMethod10 ай бұрын
Letting go internally doesn't mean that we allow others to abuse us or disrespect us.
@reddenw550110 ай бұрын
@@TheSedonaMethod Indeed, I've been watching dozens of videos from the Letting Go and Greatest Secret podcast, and I have a much better understanding of what is meant, and this technique has already significantly helped me with mental anxiety and turmoil. Thanks so much Hale!
