I've watched this so many times over the last couple of days, and something I've noticed, at the very beginning, they seem a little nervous as they're about to sing, watch Gareth (in the background in the side on shot) he's almost counting himself into the song, while Norman is singing the first line. Then throughout at times they seem to very briefly break character and smile to each other - and they seem like "natural" smiles, not "acting drug-induced smiles" - look how they are both smiling after "Nine legged spider in scuba gear". (1:56) I wonder if this was the first time they had performed the song live and was pleased with how well it was received.

You know what, I totally agree. My comment was cuntish, elitist and just mean. I think they're funny. I grew up watching their stuff (along with blackadder, young ones and other stuff) so I apologise for being a twat. Comedy is comedy. If it makes you laugh and it's not hurting anyone, it's great.
