I remember when I first saw, on a muddy youtube video, a then unknown singer-songwriter called Sharon Van Etten singing in a pub, probably 6 - 7 years ago, just alone with her guitar, and it felt surreal, like witnessing a legend being born. She's everywhere now, Sharon Van Etten, and it's been years since I experienced the same overwhelming feeling over a muddy youtube video, until this one. She will be everywhere too.

I secretly hold to a wish and hope to someday convince Haley to create a "retro" album, resurrecting many of these much loved, but forgotten songs. Haley's mom and I were her road crew and had a blast traveling with her to this magical high desert town in Canada. Thank you for taking time to dig deeper into Haley's music.❤

Sorry, no, but you make me smile. There is easily a full album's worth of Haley's early work that may have gotten a play or two at out-of-the-way places then disappeared. Thank you for taking notice and for helping keep Haley's music alive.
