Reminds me of a similar product by Hill People Gear, except this one is REALLY designed from the ground-up to be modularly (is that a word?) compatible with fucking everything from simple straps to plate carriers.

Quick question: is there a way to Velcro attach mags on the sides of the rig? I decided to go with the micro, but I want to add on each side of the rig a rifle mag pouch. Thank you for your time!

@mrjackdaniels0309 There's bound to be a way to get pouches onto the side/backstraps. An easier route would be to add a velcro dangler pocket, and stick a couple of mags in there.

@mrjackdaniels0309 I had to go look, and yes, and side-dangler pouch with a slip-in velcro card would work. Only trick is that they'd be inside (closer to the body) of the side/back straps, so they might be a little tricky to pull from.

@@SapperGentleman Yeah they're both in the $200+ range, but by all accounts it's money well spent. The only reason I'm still considering a Spiritus Micro Fight is the ability to carry more 5.56 mags, but the D3CRM is legit.

The X straps aren't *terrible*, but they're annoying to put on/take off, and are prone to riding up on the neck.

The Spiritus inserts are a totally different design, but they should fit and work fine in a Haley.

For the pouch itself with the elastic loops...would that retain a 10 or 20 round mag? Hard to tell size wise.

The side pouches hold single or double stack pistol mags. The front zipper pocket will hold two 30 round AR mags.

The pistol mag pouches are part of it, yes. The kydex rifle mag inserts are sold separately.

Travis is mighty proud of his stuff. 😆 On the other hand, I've compared it side by side to the cheap Amazon knock-offs, and it's IS much better quality. Also, Made in USA, and I'll will gladly step up and pay more for that when I can.
