My two girls are now 17 and 20 and I've been thrifting their clothes since they were born. They were always the cutest dressed kids! They still are. Still thrift for them and they always love everything that I find. It's so fun!

the current length of the black dress is soooo good, I feel like making it shorter might make it not as nice so if it’s a reversible hem why not otherwise I would leave it. Different heights boots will always be useful

The dress and boots look the best when you're pulling one side of the dress. It creates a cool draping effect. Maybe try pinning it? This way you can wear your dress with other shoes too

Braving the bins! I’d definitely recommend wearing a mask when you go to the bins! I just helped my friend clean her apartment before she moved and wore a mask to keep my allergies from taking over and it definitely worked for me.

BRAVING THE BINS for sure! Would love if we would have this in Germany! In Berlin, there is from time to time a pop up sale, and its 15€ a kilo (2 punds), what is already considered cheap! Can't wait to go to the USA one day, honestly i'll just bring an empty suit case and some snacks and leave with a suit case filled with clothes! Yes, so worth it!!! I love the Goodwill Bins, not to mention you keep the items from going the the dump! In Indiana the cost is $1.69 a lb so alot cheaper in Florida! Thank you for your video

for the black dress, you should use black ribbons and safety pins to tie it up!! that way if you don’t want to wear it with boots it’s multifunctional :)) plus have ribbon bows on anything increases style points

For the dress and western boots--i'd recommend really thinking if you could still wear the dress often (ie with other shoe/outfit combos) if you hem it! Would it be more or less versatile for you? But personally Ive mostly seen women wearing the higher boots with a dress that hits the top of the boot or slightly longer, just like your outfit! So I think it's very cute as is! :)

I think if you take one side of the black dress and pin it up using a safety pin it'd look so cute!! I'm not sure if that makes sense, but it'd look like a slit in the dress and it'd show off the boots!
