It's good with strawberries. The vanilla or almond flavouring tones down the eggy taste as I'm not keen on eggs. I'm experimenting with added cous cous to give it more body . It's free if used as a grain and not ground down as flour substitute . I'll let you know if it ends up in the dog he he x

Done this one a few times with strawberries, found it a bit dry with bananas but each to their own . I've tried it with almond essence too as find with SW cake recipes they can taste eggy and I'm not keen on eggs. This one hits the spot when you're on the mooch for some goodies. X SW Liverpool

Thanks for sharing. I will make this. However, the syn value is higher because 1 tbsp of sweetener is 1/2 syn , if we use 5 tbsp then it’s 2.5 syn but still very good as I don’t I think I would eat the whole cake in one go or could I ?

Just to put in that now, this cake is more than half a syn as you can only have 1 tbsp of sweetener as a free food, the rest would have to be synned, making the cake in total 4 and a half syns.

That's basically a Sweetened Quark Omelette isn't it? Was there any 'bite' at all to it? If you tossed your banana in lemon juice it will help stop the Browning from happening. ps. Have you moved that air freshener away from your food preparation surface? I love my ambi-pur 3 too, but AWAY from my food .
