Very nice! Glad you left the flywheel without paint. Now, I’ve started searching for electromagnetic engines on eBay.

Thank you. Sadly they don't come up on ebay very often and I also think that sellers don't know how to describe them, so searching for them is difficult.

I think MyfordBoy could be on to something. Built from magazine plans possibly. When I was a lad I had a boys own newspaper and The Eagle Comic. Cheers Nobby
