My spine doesn't take well to the slight rotation, I have mild disc bulges facet irritation and si joint issues I wanna deadlift and squat again

Shows how short a time you've been involved with fitness. There's so much to unpack with how he's performing his breathing that you could do a full day seminar just on that. Research a little more before posting next time maybe?
