I am African and my husband is Vietnamese. We currently live in the US , but we will be moving to Vietnam soon. I really enjoy watching how you and your husband navigate raising your children, school life, and having the tough/uncomfortable conversations. We plan to start a family while in Vietnam. Although I know it’s not exactly the same. Raising kids there is fairly similar. I truly admire what you and Henry have accomplished.

I hope she's joking. You can cut down an hour of exercise to supervise your children's playdates. It's far more important. Social interaction outside the family is important for Diana's health and wellbeing too. Some people get a bit obsessed with exercise/diet especially when they see great results quickly, but it's so easy to burn yourself out and then regress. Slow, steady, and moderation are key words for long-term health.

Actually it IS possible for teeth to “die”. It’s possible his friend needed something called a pulpotomy which is a baby root canal on baby teeth. 😊 Root canals are removing the nerve of the teeth-which makes them “dead”.
