value depends on you. the best router on the market in my book is the Veritas router. but if you are looking for bang for the buck new. then a cheap one on amazon. if you are up for making one I have a whole series of videos on making several of them. kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y2e6koOOo9xsetE&pp=gAQBiAQB it is not as hard as it looks.

To expand the nine jointed Joinery-Window, with an additional four joints: which joints would you recommend to make a casement or frame for the window. edit: the original abomination of not being full awake when composing a thought: "What to.joints would be suggested for the additional four of the casement."

@@WoodByWrightHowTo no, I should apologize for the mashup of incoherent words. I revised the original comment to clarify. But it is just me being a masochist and looking to expand nine to thirteen, or maybe make the window functional with hinges or a sliding.

End to end joints - you're getting into timber framing joints e.g. scarf joints
